The name “Irodori” means “adding beautiful colors,” and expresses the idea of bringing a touch of charm, brightness, and delight into everyday life.
He wears Suikan, a Heian-period garment, along with a sha-eboshi headdress. Three different color variations are available. There is also a matching girl doll in a traditional “hadanugi” style costume, where one shoulder is exposed to express confidence and elegance.
